From the moment we arrived, the staff here were superb , incredibly attentive and friendly. We were delighted with the luxurious amenities that were on offer , everything we could think of was provided. the outdoor swimming pool was a real highlight , the sun terrace provided ample space to relax, while the different pool options catered to different needs.
The only minor issue we found was that there was no in, room breakfast service available, which we would have expected in this level of hotel. this was easily rectified by a short walk down to the buffet breakfast.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Good location with easy access to metro and 24-hour supermarkets nearby. Strong WiFi signal and noise-proof rooms despite loud music in the bar downstairs. Nice-looking pool, though we did not have the opportunity to use it.

Our stay was conveniently located near major public transit, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was also just a short walk away from popular tourist destinations. Our room was modern and comfortable with great air conditioning. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting experience and breakfast each morning was delicious and had a beautiful selection of food. The outdoor terrace was a nice touch and had plenty of seating to enjoy welcome drinks.
While the room was comfortable, the open concept bathroom lacked privacy.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. Despite being on a busy street, the noise was hardly noticeable, thanks to the soundproof wooden doors. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. The staff was cute and accommodating, offering early check-in and late check-out without any hassle. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, being close to everything while also in a calm area. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were great. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
